Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to Initiate a Return

Starting a return is simple:

  • Step 1: Email us at support@vaezyth.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  • Step 2: Our team will respond within 24 hours with a return shipping label and instructions.
  • Step 3: Pack your item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
  • Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange your item for a different size or colour at no additional cost (subject to availability). Simply contact us and we will arrange the exchange promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased during final sale promotions
